You shouldn’t have to follow up on what’s already being handled. It’s to know that someone else is thinking about it for you. When you ask us to take care of something, you shouldn’t have to wonder if we got the message, chase us for an update, or discover that something has gone wrong on your own. We keep you informed. We tell you what can be done and what cannot. And if plans change, we’re already working on what comes next.

A flight may be cancelled, a driver delayed, an accommodation arrangement changed at short notice. When they do, the value of a concierge lies in what happens next. We work to resolve the issue, coordinate the necessary changes, and keep your plans moving. Where possible, alternative arrangements are considered in advance, so we can respond quickly when circumstances change.
